ALLIURIS

ALLIURIS (Alliance of International Business Lawyers), headquartered in Brussels, is an organization of independent law firms. The main aim of the organization is twofold: to assist client companies in their cross-border business and to develop broad professional relationships between ALLIURIS member firms.

Tascheva & Partner has been member of ALLIURIS since 2002 and our managing partner Nelli Tascheva has been a member of the board since 2004.To become a member of ALLIURIS, each law firm is required to meet rigorous professional criteria. Only a select few from each country are invited to join the organization. 

Membership of ALLIURIS helps clients find reliable legal support for their cross-border activities. Further, ALLIURIS publishes regular materials on legal developments in different countries (ALLIURIS News). The international exposure we get through participation in ALLIURIS events and seminars provides us with a great opportunity to promote foreign investment in Bulgaria to others in Europe and around the world.  

ALLIURIS ACADEMY

The ALLIURIS Academy was established in 2006 to provide training to young lawyers in the network’s member firms. The ALLIURIS Academy provides an annual Summer School, a lawyer exchange programme and qualification courses.

The Summer School provides training in International and European law. There is also a particular emphasis on developing the lawyers negotiating skills. The Summer School facilitates the sharing of knowledge and best practice between lawyers from the member firms as well as developing cross cultural understanding and strengthening links between the members of ALLIURIS.  Summer Schools have been held in Hanover (2006), Amersfoort (2007), Milan (2008), Brussels (2009), Istanbul (2010) and Lisbon (2011).
